The owner was very helpful and waited until midnight due to a delayed flight, he prepared a typical Albanian breakfast with pastry, cheese, and vegetables. The apartment had a balcony with an interview to Tirana and was close to Bunk Art 1, markets, cafes, pubs, Fresu restaurant, bus stops to the city center and airport, WiFi was solid and parking was secure.
