The staff at reception, mainly Manuel, Thomas, Fatmira, and Julian, were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a balcony and good pillows while the location had a bus station in front that connected to the city center and nearby attractions like Bunk'Art 1 and Dajti National Mountain Park.
