The apartment was spacious and modern, situated in a prime central location just two blocks from Skanderbeg Square. It featured a large terrace with spectacular city views, especially from the 11th floor balcony. The interior was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, matching the pictures perfectly. Convenient free parking was available in an underground garage on site. Numerous shops and restaurants surrounded the building, including a bakery across the road.
