Good internet and hot water were available, the apartment had a large living room with Smart TV and a big bed with a comfortable mattress, towels, shampoo, and shower gel were provided, the balcony overlooked the Grand Bazaar square where it was noisy until around 10 pm due to children playing but still acceptable. The host Dritan and his team were helpful although there was no coffee machine only a kettle, air conditioning worked poorly in the living room, no electric heater was available upon request causing coldness during stay, elevators operated by chip cards caused difficulties in use.
