The hotel was located near Skanderbeg Square and close to many shops with easy access to all the sights and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and had a huge comfortable bed set back slightly from the main road which made it pretty quiet. The staff at reception were excellent, friendly, and polite while late checkout was available for €10 per hour. Breakfast and dinner food were plentiful but bed sheets were changed only after a specific request to the cleaning supervisor who responded rudely.
