The location was very central, just a 10-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square and key city sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, with some speaking Italian. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, air conditioning, balconies, and good WiFi. Breakfast offered a variety of options including eggs, sausages, fruits, cereals, and pastries. Parking was available on site along with elevator access for convenience.
