The apartment was clean, fully self-contained with a kitchenette, washing machine, and nice bathroom. The location was super-close to Clock Tower and Independence Square with many shops nearby. Communication was professional with a useful short video sent before arrival showing the street and door. Towels were available and internet access worked well.
