Clean and cozy apartment had a big comfortable bed with one blanket and more in the wardrobe, air conditioner warmed the space nicely, and lift was available on the 4th floor, friendly host lived nearby, arrived quickly to give keys and instructions, communication was easy, location was very close to city center, airport bus stop within 5 minutes walk, many cafés and restaurants were around.
