Helpful and responsive staff, especially Ilaria who replied within minutes and a lovely Albanian lady who assisted with the door and spa directions, cleaning service was every 2 days. The apartment was modern, clean, spacious with comfortable beds, a bathtub, dryer, dishwasher, iron and washing machine with detergent pod. Quiet location facing away from the busy street near lake and park surrounded by restaurants and cafes, parking attendant helped with heavy bags.
