Helpful and kind staff were always there to assist, breakfast had croissants from Le Bon, and the room was spacious and clean with a small fridge, TV, and wardrobe, the bathroom was a little dated but towels and some toiletries were provided. The location was great in a quiet side street near Skanderbeg Square with easy access to bars, restaurants, and the city center.
