Ana was very helpful and responsive, sending a video to describe the check-in and route to the apartment. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, with a spacious bathroom that had excellent water pressure, a comfortable large bed, fast WiFi, hairdryer, iron and kitchen basics. The location was close to shops, bars and Skanderbeg square in the center of Tirana.
